“I defy Glenn Beck to dispute the premise of the report.” -Weiner- part 2

PREMISE: From the Weiner report: “According to customer complaints, that can be found on consumer complaint boards such as ‘Rip-off Reports’”
Weiner had such little evidence to back up his Weiner report that he actually decided to use a message board as a credible source of complaints. Before we move on, ask yourself this: If you were a sixth grade teacher, and your student turned in a report citing a message board as their source, would you give them a good grade? Any rational teacher would fail a sixth grader for doing that, so we should all definitely acknowledge this EpicWeinerFail.
But, it's one thing to use a message board as a source. It's another thing to use a message board that completely disagrees with you as a source. The founder of "Rip -off Reports" did an investigation on the claims about Goldline. They found the following:
“Consumers can feel confident and secure when doing business with Goldline International.”
"They provide extensive free information to help people make informed choices when buying precious metals. - feel confident & secure when doing business with Goldline International."
"Goldline International has made every effort over the past few months to deal with any client issues that might arise. Because of our efforts and those of Goldline International, Rip-off Report is confident in giving Goldline a positive rating."
"Rip-off Report knows there is no company or individual that is perfect – Goldline International knows this also and demonstrates their need for continuing improvement - that is why Rip-off Report comfortably states that you can be completely confident, safe and secure when doing business with them..."
But what about the rare person who did have an issue with Goldline, and wrote a complaint?
"Rip-off Report sent an email to every client who filed a Report on Goldline and I would now like to share the results with you.
The majority of clients stated that they appreciated our efforts and related how they had already been taken care of in a satisfactory manner. As usual, most customers asked if they could remove the Report they filedand we explained that unfortunately, it was not possible. It is Rip-off Report's philosophy that it is much more beneficial for the consumer to see how a company like Goldline International addresses client concerns. No company is without its share of problems, however, there are many companies who continually sweep those problems under the rug and never achieve the growth that other companies such as Goldline enjoys."
(emphasis is ours throughout)
Think of the significance of this. This isn't Glenn Beck's chosen source. This is the source that Weiner himself used in the Weiner report as proof of the superiority of his argument. A public official is launching an attack using message board posts that the website itself says are outdated and not representative of the company against a private citizen and company.
In case you needed more--there's this from a separate Rip-off Reports editors note:
"Rip-off Report has confirmed that Goldline takes client concerns very seriously. Goldline has a dedicated team of customer service professionals to assist with any issues that may develop. Rip-off Report was pleased to learn that Goldline’s approach to business is focused on its pledge to client satisfaction.
Goldline International recognizes that complaints posted on Rip-off Report (true or not) are issues that need to be addressed and if handled correctly can be valuable learning opportunities. With the feedback generated by Rip-off Report’s Investigation Goldline continues its commitment to positive client experience.
In summary, after our investigation, which included discussions with Goldline’s executives, Rip-off Report is convinced that Goldline International has been and is committed to providing precious metals and rare coins to satisfied clients."
So, Goldline is a reputable company, that acts swiftly to fix any problem that may arise, whether "true or not", and "you can be completely confident, safe and secure when doing business with them..." according to Weiner's own chosen source.
Even for Weiner, this is an embarrassment. What staffer takes the fall for this?
